Not to be applied onto damaged or irritated skin; w/ bandages to area w/ topical pain reliever; w/ heat to area eg, heating pads, hot water bottles or lamps. Avoid contact w/ eyes & mucous membranes eg, skin inside the nose, mouth or genitals.
