Dosage/Direction for Use

Adults and children 12 years and older: Oral, 1 tablet twice daily.
Children 6 to 11 years: Oral, 1/2 tablet twice daily.
In patients with decreased renal function, the starting dose: Adults and children 12 years and older: Oral, 1 tablet once daily.
Children 6 to 11 years: Oral, 1/2 tablet once daily.
