Each film-coated tablet contains 500 mg of abiraterone acetate equivalent to 446 mg of abiraterone.
Excipients with known effect: Each film-coated tablet contains 241 mg of lactose monohydrate and 12 mg of sodium.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Tablet core: Lactose monohydrate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Sodium laurilsulfate, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Magnesium stearate.
Film-coating (Opadry II 85F90093 Purple): Polyvinyl alcohol, Titanium dioxide (E171), Macrogol, Talc, Iron oxide red (E172), Iron oxide black (E172).
