Each vial contains 100 mg of pemetrexed (as pemetrexed disodium).
Each vial contains 500 mg of pemetrexed (as pemetrexed disodium).
After reconstitution (see Special precautions for disposal under Cautions for Usage), each vial contains 25 mg/ml of pemetrexed.
Excipients with known effect: Each 100 mg vial contains less than 1 mmol (11 mg) of sodium.
Each 500 mg vial contains less than 2.34 mmol (54 mg) of sodium.
