Symptoms: Dydrogesterone is a drug of very low toxicity. Nausea, vomiting, somnolence and dizziness are symptoms that theoretically may occur in the event of an overdose. There are no known cases where an overdose of dydrogesterone has resulted in harmful consequences.
Treatment: There are no specific antidotes and treatment should be symptomatic.
