Oral administration.
Film-coated tablet: Adults and 12 years and older : 1 tablet three times daily
Syrup: Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml three times daily.
Children 6 to 12 years: 5ml three times daily.
Children 2 to 5 years: 2.5ml three times daily.
