Drug Interactions

May impair absorption w/ compd containing Ca & Mg including antacids, mineral supplements & bicarbonates, carbonates, oxalates or phosphates. May decrease absorption w/ Zn salts. Diminished absorption w/ tetracyclines. Delayed response w/ systemic chloramphenicol. Parenteral Fe.
