Adverse Reactions

The combination of Telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide is generally well tolerated. The most frequent clinical adverse effects in patients treated with this combination are fatigue, dizziness, nausea, back pain, dyspepsia, vomiting, hypokalemia, bronchitis, rash and postural hypotension.
