Limited information is available with regard to overdose in humans. The most prominent manifestation of telmisartan overdose were hypotension and tachycardia, bradycardia also occurred. If symptomatic hypotension should occur, supportive treatment should be instituted. Telmisartan is not removed by haemodialysis.
