Contraindications

Telmisartan tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity (e.g., anaphylaxis or angioedema) to telmisartan or any other component of this product, patients on second and third pregnancy, lactation, with biliary obstructive disorder and severe hepatic impairment. Do not co-administer aliskiren with telmisartan tablets in patients with diabetes.
