Tapcom: Tafluprost/Timolol maleate (TAPCOM) ophthalmic solution is a clear, colorless, sterile aqueous ophthalmic solution containing 15 mcg of Tafluprost and 6.83 mg of Timolol maleate (equivalent to 5 mg of Timolol) as active ingredients in each mL. It also contains sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, polysorbate 80, disodium edetate hydrate, concentrated glycerin, benzalkonium chloride, sodium hydroxide, diluted hydrochloric acid and purified water.
Tapcom-S: Tafluprost/Timolol maleate (TAPCOM-S) ophthalmic solution is a clear, colorless, sterile ophthalmic solution containing 15 mcg of Tafluprost and 5 mg of Timolol (as maleate) in each mL, or 4.5 mcg of Tafluprost and 1.5 mg of Timolol (as maleate) in each single-dose container (0.3 mL). It also contains glycerol, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, disodium edetate, polysorbate 80, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment and water for injections.
