Carbocisteine + zinc (Solmux Advance) is used to provide relief of cough associated with respiratory tract disorders such as acute bronchitis. Carbocisteine also reduces the number of exacerbations associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and inhibits the adherence of bacteria and viruses to human respiratory cells.
