Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose PH 102 (Binder), L-Theanine, Lactium Casein Hydrolysate, Microcrystalline Cellulose PH 101 (Binder), Maize starch (Diluent), Sodium Starch Glycolate (Disintegrant), Croscarmellose Sodium (Disintegrant), Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose E15 Film Forming Agent), Crospovidone (Binder), Purified Talc (Anticaking agent), Magnesium Stearate (Lubricant), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP K30) (Binder), Colloidal Silicon Dioxide (Aerosil) (Glidant), Ethyl Cellulose (Binder), Melatonin, PEG-6000 (Lubricant), Titanium Dioxide (Opacifier), Brilliant Blue (Brilliant Blue FCF, Water, Sodium Chloride and Sodium Sulphate) (Colorant), Methylene Dichloride (Solvent), Isopropyl Alcohol (Solvent).

As a food supplement.

Direction of use: Take one (1) tablet before bedtime, preferably after meal. Taking this product without enough fluid may cause choking.
Usage: Take one (1) tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
