Special Requirements: After the completion of funduscopy in the patient given topically Tropicamide + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (Sanmyd-P) the following instructions should be given to the patient: Since pupils are dilated, vision is blurred and eyes are more easily dazzled than usual for 4-5 hours. These symptoms soon disappear spontaneously; avoid potentially hazardous activities requiring clear vision, such as car driving, for half a day after this ophthalmological examination; tell the doctor in charge of examination or consult with a local ophthalmologist immediately if patient suffers from : Headache or eye pain after the examination; The following conditions if still persists the day after the examination: Larger pupils than usual (or different size of each pupil), Blurred vision, More easy dazzling than usual, Headache or eye pain (except known etiology, e.g., due to the common cold).
