As with any iron supplement, symptoms may include those due to gastrointestinal irritation like abdominal pain/cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation.
Occasional rusty aftertaste may be experienced by some individuals.
Allergic symptoms which include pruritus or itchiness, urticaria or hives, difficulty of breathing, chest pain.
