Concomitant use of angiotensin receptor antagonists (ARBs) - including losartan - or of angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) with aliskiren in patients with Type 2 diabetes (see Dual blockade of the Renin-Angiotensin-System (RAS) with ACEIs, ARBs or aliskiren under Interactions).
