Ingredients: (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt (eq. to folic acid), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), potato starch (bulking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (humectant).
Food supplement.
Quadrifolate is a food supplement, which supplements the diet with folate (in the form of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt).
Quadrifolate is recommended in the period of a special need for folic acid: pregnant women and women planning to become pregnant, with folic acid deficiency in the diet, as well as, for example, when frequently feeling tired and exhausted, also during the period of exposure to infections.
Recommended Daily Dose: 1 tablet daily. In planned motherhood, start using 1-3 months before conception.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, and may not be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to ingredients. The target population is women of child-bearing age and the beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400 μg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
Food supplements should be stored in a dry place, at a room temperature. Protect from sunlight.
