Pantoprazole (Pantoloc) should generally not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to the active substance, substituted benzimidazoles, any of the other excipients listed.
40 mg tab: Pantoprazole (Pantoloc) must not be used in combination treatment for eradication of H. pylori in patients with moderate to severe hepatic or renal dysfunction since currently no data are available on the efficacy and safety of Pantoprazole (Pantoloc) in combination treatment of these patients.
