ONCE Dialyze powder consists of protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals to supplement the meal in the dietary management of dialysis patients who need to control electrolyte limit, water and mineral balance.

Preparation: Dissolve 5 scoops (80 g) of ONCE Dialyze powder in 190 mL warm or cold water and stir thoroughly. Then, increase gradually to reach a final volume of 250 mL, providing a total of about 370 kcal of energy.

Not for use in patients with galactosemia.

Not to be used for parenteral administration.
Used as a sole source of nutrition.
Use under medical supervision for supplement in daily meal of patients undergoing dialysis.
Suspension and precipitation may occur after preparation. Simply shake the prepared solution before consumption to restore homogeneity.
Intravenous administration is prohibited.

Prepared solution should be consumed immediately or kept in the refrigerator (2-8°C) in a closed container and shall be consumed within 24 hours.
Close the container tightly after opening. Once opened, the product should be consumed within 1 month.
