Carboxymethylated Beta-(1.3)(1.6) glucan (CM-Glucan) belongs to the beta-glucan family and it is derived from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commonly known as baker's yeast). CM-Glucan is a synthesized form of Beta-Glucan.
