Vitamin B-complex with E.
Multivitamins (Nuron-E) Film-Coated Tablet is a pink, round, biconvex, film-coated tablet, plain on both sides.
This medicine contains pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), and dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).
Each film-coated tablet contains: Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 200 mg, Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 200 mcg, dl-alpha Tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E) 100 IU.
Multivitamins (Nuron-E) is used for the prevention and treatment of vitamins B1, B6, B12 and vitamin E deficiencies, prevention of isoniazid-induced peripheral neuropathy, and for the prevention of Wernicke encephalopathy in alcohol dependent individuals.
For oral administration.
Adults including elderly: Take 1 to 2 tablets, 3 times daily, or as prescribed by a physician.
Children: Children 12 years old and above, as adult dose or as prescribed by a physician.
Consider a more suitable dosage form for children less than 12 years old.
What should patient do if they miss a dose: If the patient missed a dose, take it as soon as they remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.
Chronic intake of high doses of vitamin B6 has been associated with reversible sensory peripheral neuropathy.
What to do when patient has taken more than the recommended dosage: Consult the doctor immediately if patient has taken more than the recommended dosage and/or experiencing any of the signs and symptoms of overdose.
Do not take this medicine if patient has an allergy to any of the ingredients of this product.
Do not take more than the recommended dosage unless prescribed by a physician.
The use of vitamin B complex plus Vitamin E in patients with Parkinson's disease taking levodopa should be taken into consideration.
This product contains FD&C yellow #6 and FD&C red #40 which may cause allergic reactions in certain susceptible persons.

12 or E are rare although allergic reactions have been reported.
When should patient consult the doctor: Consult the doctor if patient experiences any undesirable effects.
Consult the doctor first if patient is taking nitrofurantoin, phenytoin, phenobarbital, altretamine, levodopa, isoniazid, colchicine, proton pump inhibitors, H2-receptor antagonists, metformin, contraceptives, warfarin, aspirin, cyclosporine, statins, and orlistat.
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
