Symptoms: Vinorelbine overdose may cause bone marrow hypoplasia, occasionally associated with infection, fever, paralytic ileus and hepatic disorders.
Emergency procedure: General symptomatic measures combined with blood transfusion, administration of growth factors and broad spectrum antibiotic therapy must be started if this is deemed necessary by the physician.
Appropriate close monitoring of hepatic function is recommended.
Antidote: There is no known antidote in the event of vinorelbine overdose.
