It is advisable not to administer massive doses and prolonged use of Methylcobalamin for a long time to patients whose occupation requires the handling of mercury or mercury compounds. Do not take Mecovit if the patient is allergic to Methylcobalamin or any of the other ingredients of this product.
Consult a doctor if the patient is experiencing allergic reaction, taking other medications, pregnant or breastfeeding.
