Dosage/Direction for Use

Seasonal allergic rhinitis & chronic urticaria Childn 6-12 yr 10 mg once daily, 2-5 yr 5 mg once daily. Patient w/ hepatic failure or mild renal insufficiency Initially 10 mg on alternate days.
