The usual oral dose of Levocetirizine is 5 mg once daily.
For children the following dosages may be given: 6 to 11 years old: 2.5 mg once daily.
12 years and above: 5 mg once daily.
For patients with renal impairment the following dosages are applicable: CC 50 to 79 mL/min: 2.5 mg once daily.
CC 30 to 49 mL/min: 2.5 mg every other day.
CC 10 to 29 mL/min: 2.5 mg once every 3 or 4 days.
