Characteristics: ISOPRINOSINE (Inosine Acedoben Dimepranol) is also known in other countries as Inosiplex and Inosine Pranobex-BAN, is a synthetic complex of Inosine and dimethylaminoisopropanol (as p-acetamidobenzoate) in a molar ratio of 1:3. Its empirical formula is C52H78N10O17. The drug is a white powder, very soluble and stable in physiological solution, and slightly bitter in taste.
