Each uncoated chewable tablet contains: Myo-Inositol USP 1100 mg, D-Chiro-Inositol 27.60 mg, Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate USP) 50 mcg, Vitamin D2 (as Stabilized) 200 IU, Folic Acid 200 mcg.
