Capsule: Each capsule contains: Phyllanthus niruri L. 250 mg. (Meniran whole plant) equivalent to 50 mg extract.
Syrup: Each measuring spoonful (5 mL) contains: Phyllanthus niruri L. herbal extracts 25 mg.
No alcohol, no artificial colors and no artificial sweetener.
Pharmacology: Pharmacodynamics: IMUNCARE is made from standardized herbal extract of Phyllanthus niruri L. (Meniran) which has gone through preclinical and clinical studies. As an immunomodulator (modulates the immune system), IMUNCARE helps the body to produce more antibodies and activates the immune system to work optimally.
Capsule: IMUNCARE activates both specific and nonspecific immune system, as well as the cellular and humoral immune system.
Enhance body immune system components in conditions such as tuberculosis, upper respiratory tract infection, chronic hepatitis B infection, herpes zoster infection, varicella infection, and vaginal candidiasis.
Capsule: 1 capsule, 3 times a day.
Or as prescribed by the physician.
Syrup: Children older than 1 year: 1 measuring spoonful (5 mL), 3 times a day.
Adults: 2 measuring spoonfuls (10 mL), 3 times a day.
Capsule: There has not been adequate research or postmarket reports indicating the overdose of IMUNCARE. However, IMUNCARE should still be used following the recommended dose, as there could be safety concerns with high doses of IMUNCARE that have not been studied yet.
In a case that overdose of IMUNCARE is suspected, immediately stop the medication and refer the patient to the emergency unit of a nearby hospital.
Capsule: In patients with hypersensitivity to Phyllanthus niruri L. extract and patients suffering from autoimmune disease.
Syrup: With the formulations and dosage used, no contraindication has been reported.
Capsule: Safety in pregnant and lactating women has not been established. Even though Phyllanthus niruri L. extract is considered safe at the usual dose in human, it should be used with caution in pregnant women due to its high risk in the high dose.
Syrup: To be effective, the herb must be taken regularly for a month or longer.
At customary dosage levels, no side effects have been reported.
Capsule: Currently no adverse reaction of
Phyllanthus niruri L. (Meniran whole plant) IMUNCARE has been reported based on clinical studies and postmarketing studies.
Capsule: Currently no data is available on its pharmacokinetic interaction with other medication.
Phyllanthus niruri L. (Meniran whole plant) IMUNCARE has synergistic interaction with antimicrobial medication to accelerate microbe infection therapy. Antagonist interaction with corticosteroid medications, due to Phyllanthus niruri L. (Meniran whole plant) IMUNCARE ability as an immunostimulant agent, while on the other hand, corticosteroids act as immunosuppressant agent.
Syrup: Shake well before use.
Close bottle tightly after opened.
