Drug Interactions

Pyridoxine: Reduces the effects of levodopa & activity of altretamine. Decrease serum conc of phenobarb & phenytoin. Vit B₁₂: May reduce absorption w/ neomycin, aminosalicylic acid, H₂antagonists & colchicine.
