Thiamine (Vitamin B1) is very important because it facilitates energy production and modulates cognitive performance of the brain.
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) is a cofactor in the synthesis of S-adenosylmethionine which is important in brain development and cognitive functioning. Deficiency has been associated with neurologic defects and supplementation with improvement of cognitive performance.
Glutamic acid is the major excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain.
Dicalcium phosphate is a source of calcium, which has an important function in transmitting signals through brain cells.

Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1): Overdose is extremely rare, however, some of the symptoms are upset stomach and allergic reaction.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): Overdose has not been observed. However, administration in doses greater than 10 mcg daily may produce a hematological response in patients with folate deficiency.
Do not use more than the prescribed dose. Taking more medication will not improve the symptoms; rather, they may cause poisoning or serious undesirable effects. In case of overdose, consult a doctor or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
