The dose of antihyperglycemic therapy with Sitagliptin Phosphate + Metformin Hydrochloride HCl (Glipgludin) should be individualised on the basis of the patient's current regimen, effectiveness, and tolerability while not exceeding the maximum recommended daily dose of 100 mg sitagliptin.
