Acute life-threatening toxicity has not been observed with gabapentin overdoses of up to 49 g.
Symptoms of the overdoses included dizziness. Double vision, slurred speech. Drowsiness. Lethargy and mild diarrhea. All patients recovered fully with supportive care.
