Generally well tolerated. Burning, stinging, skin atrophy, striae, dryness, acneiform eruptions, hypopigmentation. Systemic absorption of Betamethasone dipropionate can produce HPA axis suppression, manifestations of Cushing's syndrome, hyperglycemia and glycosuria in some patients.
