Budesonide + Formoterol fumarate dihydrate (Fortra) is indicated for: Treatment of Asthma: Budesonide + Formoterol fumarate dihydrate (Fortra) is indicated for the treatment of asthma in patients 12 years of age and older.
Maintenance Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Budesonide + Formoterol fumarate dihydrate (Fortra) is indicated for the twice daily maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
