Intended for the dietary management of malnutrition for 3 years old and above.
Protein sources from cow's milk.

Suggested intake: The quantity of feed and the dilution should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on age, bodyweight and medical condition of the patient.
Preparation: Wash hands, use clean utensils and ensure top of packaging is clean.
To prepare 200 mL of feed, put 150 mL of previously boiled cold water in a glass.
Gradually add 10 levelled scoops (61 g) of Fortini Junior powder while stirring and mix until fully dissolved.
Only use the scoop provided in the packaging. Use prepared feeds within 2 hours. Always discard unfinished feeds.
Dosage: Should be determined by healthcare professional.

Allergy Advice: Milk, soy.
For enteral use only. Not for parenteral use. Must be used under medical supervision after full consideration of all the feeding options. Might be used as a supplement to normal diet for children 3+ years old.

Instruction of Use: Serving Size: One level scoop provides 6.1 g of powder.
To prepare 100 mL of feed, use 75 mL of water of 20°C and add 5 levelled scoops (30.5 g) of powder.
To prepare 200 mL of feed, use 150 mL of water and add 10 levelled scoops.
Note: Formula is not sterile. The formula should be prepared immediately prior to feeding. Do not boil formula and do not use a microwave oven to heat.
Unsuitable for children under 1 year of age. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia. Not for parenteral use.

Store in a dry, cool place (<25°C). Do not refrigerate. Once opened, reseal packaging and use within one month.
