Prevention and treatment of infections of severe burns.
In several clinical studies, Flammacerium has been proven to be an effective therapy for the prevention and treatment of burn wound infections, especially those caused by microorganisms eg, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
Sepsis due to these organisms rarely occurs with the use of Flammacerium.
