Overdosage
There has not yet been any clinical experience of overdose with drospirenone + ethinylestradiol. On the basis of general experience with combined oral contraceptives, symptoms that may occur in case of an overdose: nausea, vomiting and, in young girls, slight vaginal bleeding. There are no antidotes and further treatment should be symptomatic.
