Each capsule contains the following: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 500 mg, thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 50 mg, riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 20 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5 mg, cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5 mcg, niacinamide 50 mg and calcium pantothenate 20 mg.

B-complex vitamins are active in providing the body with energy, basically by converting carbohydrates into glucose, which the body burns to produce energy. They are vital in the metabolism of fats and protein. In addition, the B vitamins are necessary for normal functioning of the nervous system and may be the single most important factor for health of the nerves. They are essential for maintenance of muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and for the health of skin, hair, eyes, mouth and liver.
B-complex with 500 mg vitamin C is formulated to ensure optimum energy and metabolic build up. It supplies a therapeutic amount of vitamin C to increase body resistance against infections and other stress conditions. Its primary function is to maintain collagen, a protein necessary for the formation of connective tissue in skin, ligaments and bones. Vitamin C plays a role in healing of wounds and burns because it facilitates the formation of connective tissue in the scar. Vitamin C also aids in forming red blood cells and preventing hemorrhage. In addition, vitamin C fights bacterial infections and reduces the effects on the body of some allergy producing substances.

As supplement to correct vitamin B deficiencies and for nutritional support in chronic illness, decreased resistance to infection, metabolic disorders, general body weakness, easy fatigability, nervous exhaustion, mental and physical stress.
It is also indicated in physiological conditions as in growth and hormonal disturbances and in patients on special diets eg, diabetes, obesity; in patients with poor eating habits or with deficient intake of food.
For prevention and treatment of anemia, beriberi, scurvy, pellagra, traumatic injuries, burns and fractures.
