Patients w/ & w/o known underlying cardiac conduction abnormalities; history of asthma or obstructive pulmonary disease. Monitor closely for symptoms of active or occult GI bleeding, particularly those at increased risk for developing ulcers. Neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Rhabdomyolysis. Caution in patients w/ risk of aggression. Succinylcholine-type muscle relaxation during anesth. Bladder outflow obstruction. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Renal & hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly.
