The following adverse reactions have been reported with the following contraindicated routes of administration: Intrathecal/Epidural: Arachnoiditis, functional gastrointestinal disorder/bladder dysfunction, headache, meningitis, paraparesis/paraplegia, seizure, sensory disturbance. (See Table 2.)
