*Carboxymethylated Beta-(1,3)(1,6) glucan (CM-Glucan) belongs to the beta-glucan family and it is derived from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commonly known as bakers yeast). CM-Glucan is a synthesized form of Beta-Glucan.
This product contains ascorbic acid thus color change is normal.
