Multivitamins, buclizine HCl.

Description

Each 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) syrup contains: Retinol Acetate (Vitamin A) 3,000 IU, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 300 IU, Thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 2.5 mg, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B2) 1.2 mg, Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6) 1.5 mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1 mcg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 75 mg, Niacinamide 10 mg, Buclizine HCl 5 mg.

Indications/Uses

To stimulate appetite and enhance weight gain. Nutritional support in growth and development. Prevention of metabolic and nutritional deficiencies due to poor absorption of foods, restricted dietary intake, in times of illness, physical and mental stresses, traumatic injuries, etc.
Prevention of fatigue and depletion of energy during physiologic and pathologic stresses. Increases general body resistance against infections and diseases.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Children: 2-6 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 mL).
7-12 years: 1 tablespoonful (15 mL).
To be taken daily or as prescribed by the physician.

Special Precautions

It may enhance the sedative effect of nervous system by depressants like alcohol, barbiturates, hypnotic, narcotics, analgesics, sedatives and tranquilizers. Some antihistamines have been reported to affect the metabolism of drug in the liver.

Storage

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
Protect from light.
