Indications/Uses
Ocular signs & symptoms of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & paed patient ≥3 yr Instill 1 drop in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) bid at an interval of 8 hr. Treatment may be maintained for up to 4 mth, if considered necessary.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if signs of serious reactions or hypersensitivity occur. Contains benzalkonium Cl which may cause eye irritation & has been reported to cause punctate keratopathy &/or toxic ulcerative keratopathy. Closely monitor frequent or prolonged use in dry eye patients, or in conditions where cornea is compromised. Avoid contact w/ soft contact lenses; remove contact lenses prior to administration & wait at least 15 min after instillation before re-inserting. Allow 5-min interval between successive applications of concomitant topical ocular medicines; administer eye oint last. Not recommended during pregnancy & in women of childbearing potential not using contraception. Should not be used during breast-feeding. Safety & efficacy in childn <3 yr have not been established.

Rhinitis; hypersensitivity, swelling face; headache, dysgeusia, dizziness, hypoaesthesia, somnolence; eye pain, eye irritation, dry eye, abnormal sensation in eyes, corneal erosion, corneal epithelium defect, corneal epithelium disorder, punctate keratitis, keratitis, corneal staining, eye discharge, photophobia, blurred vision, reduced visual acuity, blepharospasm, ocular discomfort, eye pruritus, conjunctival follicles, conjunctival disorder, foreign body sensation in eyes, increased lacrimation, erythema of eyelid, eyelid oedema, eyelid disorder, ocular hyperaemia, corneal oedema, eye oedema, eye swelling, conjunctivitis, mydriasis, visual disturbance, eyelid margin crusting; nasal dryness, dyspnea, sinusitis; nausea, vomiting; contact dermatitis, skin burning sensation, dry skin erythema; fatigue, asthenia, malaise.
