Arthrid should be started with a dose of 2 caps twice daily. Depending upon severity of the disease, it takes 1-2 months to achieve its full effect. After 2 months, the ideal maintenance dose is 1 cap twice daily after food. Dosage during the maintenance period may be increased to 2 caps twice daily if required, depending on the intensity of the pain and swelling that occur.
