Per cap Thiamine mononitrate (vit B₁) 10 mg, riboflavin (vit B₂) 1.8 mg, nicotinamide (vit B₃) 20 mg, pyridoxine HCl (vit B₆) 5 mg, cyanocobalamin (vit B₁₂) 5 mcg, ferrous sulfate dried 80 mg (equiv to elemental Fe 26 mg), buclizine HCl 25 mg. Per 5 mL syr Thiamine HCl (vit B₁) 10 mg, riboflavin phosphate (vit B₂) 1.4 mg, nicotinamide (vit B₃) 20 mg, pyridoxine HCl (vit B₆) 5 mg, cyanocobalamin (vit B₁₂) 5 mcg, Fe 5 mg (equiv to ferrous sulfate heptahydrate 25 mg), L-lysine HCl 300 mg

Indications/Uses

Cap: Enhancement of appetite, for wt gain & nutritional support in growth & development, & to restore vitality. Syr: Prevention & treatment of vit-mineral deficiency.

Cap 1 cap daily. Syr 5 mL daily.

Administration

Cap: Should be taken with food. Syr: May be taken with or without food.

Special Precautions

Cap: Buclizine HCl may cause drowsiness & dulling of mental alertness. Patients should not take charge of vehicles, other means of machinery where loss of attention may lead to accident. Syr: Mild drowsiness at beginning of treatment. Occasional GI discomfort (eg, nausea, diarrhea) may occur w/ intake of Fe. Concomitant administration of tetracycline & some antacids.

Drug Interactions

Syr: Fe: Decreased amount of Fe absorbed w/ concomitant tetracycline & some antacids. May retard absorption of tetracycline.
