Powder for concentrate for solution for infusion.
A white to either light yellow or green-yellow lyophilized powder.
100 mg vial: Each vial contains 100 mg of pemetrexed (as disodium).
Each 100 mg vial must be reconstituted with 4.2 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (without preservatives) to make a solution containing 25 mg/mL pemetrexed. Solution must be further diluted prior to infusion. The appropriate volume of reconstituted pemetrexed solution must be further diluted to 100 mL with sodium chloride 9 mg/mL (0.9%) solution for injection (see Instructions for use and handling under Cautions for Usage).
500 mg vial: Each vial contains 500 mg of pemetrexed (as disodium).
Each vial must be reconstituted with 20 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (without preservatives) to make a solution containing 25 mg/mL pemetrexed. Solution must be further diluted prior to infusion. The appropriate volume of reconstituted pemetrexed solution must be further diluted to 100 mL with sodium chloride 9 mg/mL (0.9%) solution for injection (see Instructions for use and handling under Cautions for Usage).
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Mannitol, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide.
