Zemidapa is round, bright brown, film-coated tablet, debossed with a "LG" and a wave pattern on one side.
Each tablet contains gemigliptin tartrate sesquihydrate, equivalent to 50 mg of gemigliptin, and 10 mg of dapagliflozin (amorphous).
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Tablet core: Microcrystalline cellulose (Type 102), Anhydrous lactose, Croscarmellose sodium, Sodium stearyl fumarate, Opadry II 85F665000 brown.
Film coating: Polyvinyl alcohol, Titanium dioxide, Polyethylene glycol 3350, Talc, Yellow iron oxide, Red Iron Oxide.
