Add-on maintenance treatment in adults & adolescents ≥12 yr w/ severe asthma inadequately controlled despite high-dose inhaled corticosteroids plus another medicinal product for maintenance treatment.

Special Precautions

Discontinue use if serious hypersensitivity or anaphylaxis reaction occurs. Not to be inj into tender, bruised, erythematous or hardened skin. Not to be used for acute asthma exacerbations. Pre-existing serious & helminth infections; serious cardiac events. Not recommended to discontinue corticosteroids abruptly. Avoid use during pregnancy. Lactation. Childn <12 yr.
