Indications/Uses
Traditionally used for improving blood circulation.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
Should be taken with food: Swallow at mealtime.
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if severe allergic reaction occurs. Predisposition to bleeding (haemorrhagic predisposition); suffering from epilepsy. Not recommended in patients w/ galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome. Not recommended w/ efavirenz. Concomitant use w/ anticoagulant or anti-platelet therapy. Lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness. Allergic reaction, difficulty in breathing, headache, syncope, indigestion, nausea, eczema, itching.
Drug Interactions
Altered effects of anticoagulants (eg, phencoumarone, warfarin), anti-platelet drugs (eg, clopidogrel, salicylic acid, other NSAIDs). Potentiated effect of dabigatran etexilate. Decreased efavirenz effect. Increased conc of nifedipine.
