Prevention of Rh(D) immunisation in Rh(D) -ve women Antepartum prophylaxis 300 mcg single IV/IM inj.
Planned antepartum prophylaxis 300 mcg single dose at 28-30 wk of gestation.
Antenatal prophylaxis following complications of pregnancy 300 mcg IV/IM inj administered as soon as possible w/in 72 hr after the at-risk event, repeat every 6-12 wk until delivery time.
Postpartum prophylaxis 300 mcg IV/IM administered as soon as possible w/in 72 hr of delivery.
Incompatible transfusions of Rh(D) +ve RBCs in Rh(D) -ve patient 10 mcg/mL transfused Rh(D) +ve blood or per 0.5 mL of Rh(D) +ve erythrocyte conc. Max dose: 3,000 mcg.
